These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BathroomKing website and the purchase of goods from us. BathroomKing is a trading name of CladdingKing Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 09703642, with registered office at: Unit 6, Medina Park, Stoneferry Road, Hull, HU7 0BE, United Kingdom.

By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

“We”, “Us”, “Our” means CladdingKing Ltd trading as BathroomKing. “You”, “Customer” means the person purchasing goods from us. “Goods” means any products offered for sale on our website.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance.

A contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability issues
  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

6. Cancellations (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period.

You are responsible for returning the goods in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Made-to-measure or custom goods
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons once unsealed
  • Goods that have been installed or used

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You must notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the issue.

8. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where such delay results from events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
