Damaged Items

Please check your order carefully as soon as it arrives. Any damaged items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the damage, packaging and delivery label so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Returns for Unwanted Items

Items can usually be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

A restocking fee of £25 + VAT per order number may apply to returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

Special order items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Where an item is classed as a special order product, this will be confirmed before or during the ordering process where applicable.

Product Faults & Warranty

If your product develops a fault, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer. We will help guide you through the warranty process and advise on the next steps.
